- Wash by hand with warm water and dry immediately, never use a dishwasher or leave solid wood soaking in water. Treat the surface periodically with the food-safe, certified wood oil included in our care instructions to keep the grain protected and looking its best.
- Items in stock ship within 2–4 business days. Made-to-measure pieces ordered with an individual size ("Individuelle Größe") have a production time of approximately 3 months, since each one is built to order.
- Yes, we ship within Germany and to most countries in the EU and beyond. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout before you complete your order.
- Most of our tables, benches and boards can be configured to your exact measurements using the size selector on the product page. Custom sizes are handcrafted to order, with a production time of around 3 months.
- Standard-size products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products made to a custom, individual size are excluded from returns, since they are manufactured specifically for that order.
- We work exclusively with solid wood, most commonly oak and walnut, sourced from responsibly managed European forests. Every piece is handcrafted and finished with a certified, food-safe wood oil.
