Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Anton Doll Holzmanufaktur GmbH, Lilienstr. 3-5, Munich, kontakt@antondoll.de, phone: 08941616366) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than thirty days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Compensation for loss of value

Should the customer exercise their statutory right of withdrawal, we ask that the goods be returned in their original packaging. Should this not occur, we reserve the right to demand reasonable compensation for the missing original packaging. This amount will be deducted from the refund. The customer is hereby expressly advised of this possibility of compensation for loss of value.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Under § 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
