Free delivery

Shipping within Germany is free of charge (excluding islands).

Shipping methods

Goods weighing up to 31.5 kg and measuring under 180 cm in length are shipped via DHL.

Shipping to Switzerland

We also ship to Switzerland from a minimum order value of EUR 50. The retail prices shown in the shop also apply to recipients in Switzerland. The German VAT amount that no longer applies is used by us to cover the higher shipping costs. You will not incur any additional shipping costs. However, further taxes, customs duties and fees may apply within Switzerland. Please contact your local customs office for information on the amounts involved.

Shipping to other EU countries

For DHL shipments to other EU countries, we only charge the additional costs incurred, which range between EUR 4 and EUR 10. The exact shipping costs are shown during the order process.

For freight forwarder deliveries, we likewise only charge you the additional costs of shipping to other EU countries. Depending on the weight and size of the shipment, these range between EUR 20 and EUR 100. The exact shipping costs are shown during the order process.

Freight forwarder shipping

Goods weighing more than 31.5 kg or measuring more than 180 cm in length are shipped by freight forwarder.

Standard Express

For the shipment of our tables, we commission an external, certified freight forwarder. They will contact you by phone within two days to arrange a delivery day (8-hour time window). Once notified, delivery takes place on business days between 8 am and 5 pm. It may be possible to arrange a more specific or shorter time window (e.g. morning / afternoon) directly with the carrier.

Should three phone contact attempts be unsuccessful, the carrier will contact you by mail. Delivery on Saturdays is generally not possible.

Delivery is carried out by a single person and is "kerbside delivery". This means the furniture piece is only unloaded from the transport vehicle. Insurance coverage ends at the kerbside. For insurance reasons, carrier staff are not authorized to enter the property or place the goods inside the house, garage or similar.

You are therefore responsible for transporting the item into your home and to the appropriate room.

Please inspect the packaging for any transport damage upon receipt of the goods. To do so, examine the package but do not unpack it!

You have the right to refuse acceptance of the goods if the packaging is damaged. The carrier will then immediately take the goods back and a new delivery date will be arranged. This saves you the effort of having to separately arrange a pickup appointment for potentially damaged goods.

If the packaging is damaged and you decide to accept the goods anyway, please note the location and type or extent of the packaging damage with your signature on the carrier's documentation (delivery note, scanner).

Premium Duo

For deliveries within Germany, you can optionally book the Duo delivery "to the place of use". This means your table will be delivered by a certified freight forwarder with a two-person crew and brought into your home. Please note that delivery into the home without an elevator is only possible up to the 4th floor. Please make sure that the necessary conditions are in place for the shipment to be brought into your home. (Consider the weight and dimensions of the package as well as the stairwell, elevator, etc.)

For insurance reasons, carrier staff are not authorized to unpack, assemble the goods or help with either.

The Premium Duo delivery incurs additional freight costs, which we charge to you proportionally at 99 euros.

Since Duo deliveries require more planning, please allow for a notification period of up to 6 business days. You will arrange a delivery day (8-hour time window) with the carrier. Once notified, delivery takes place within 7 business days between 8 am and 5 pm. Delivery on Saturdays is generally not possible.

The disposal of packaging material is the customer's responsibility; the carrier does not take the packaging material away.
