Frequently asked questions

• Does the furniture arrive assembled?
  Most of our pieces ship fully assembled or with minimal assembly. Where assembly is needed, all fittings and clear instructions are included, and no special tools are required.
• How do I care for solid wood furniture?
  Wipe with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Re-oil the surface once or twice a year with a natural wood oil to keep it protected and bring out the grain.
• Can I order custom dimensions?
  Yes. We build made-to-measure pieces in our own workshop. Custom orders typically take around 3 months from confirmation to delivery, depending on the wood and finish.
• What is your return policy?
  You can return standard items within 14 days of delivery. Made-to-measure pieces are built specifically for you and are excluded from return, but we are happy to resolve any issue with your order.
