05 · Story

About this piece

Imagine a kitchen accessory that impresses with its unique design and high-quality workmanship and that you can proudly display. Our “Leni” cutting and serving board doesn’t have to hide! With its unmistakable trapezoidal shape and ergonomic handle, it has an extraordinary charisma.

»Leni« is ideal for showcasing sausage and cheese. Thanks to the ergonomic handle, it fits comfortably in the hand and makes serving a breeze. Of course, it is also ideal as a cutting board. A little tip: only use one side for cutting, then the other side remains pristine for serving.

We use solid oak wood for »Leni« and treat the surface with high-quality natural oil. Due to its high content of tannic acid, oak is ideal for cutting boards as it has an antibacterial effect. If you treat the surface from time to time with tasteless cooking oil, the board will retain its smooth, supple feel and will last you for a long time.

Our cutting boards are glued for additional robustness and longevity. This process prevents warping and cracking and gives the wood room to move. Of course, we only use food-safe glue.

»Leni« is not just an accessory, but a statement of quality and elegance that enriches your kitchen.

Buy 1, Plant 1

For every item you order, we plant one tree together with a certified reforestation partner. It is our way of giving back some of what our craft takes from nature.

The trees are planted in verified reforestation projects, where they help restore forest areas, protect soil and support local ecosystems.

As a wood manufactory, we see this as a lasting contribution to offsetting the wood we use, one product and one tree at a time.
